This is my top list of 5 all time munchies to eat while high. Light up a joint, throw on season 1 of Ozark on Netflix, and pig out!
1. The McGangbang
Where else can you devour an orgasmic 6 ounce concoction of a Junior McChicken sandwich stuffed inside of a Double Cheeseburger for a measly $4? And if i’m guessing right, whoever is reading this right now is probably within 4 km of a McDonald’s. Dude, that’s the most convenient and cost effective munchie secret in the world. For the same price of a coke at your neighborhood restaurant, the McGangbang is our #1 all time munchie to eat while high. It fills you up, it tastes amazing, and if you are like me and like a little kick, you can substitute your McChicken sandwich with a Spicy McChicken.

2. Cinnamon Toast Crunch
Okay so this is basically crack and if you do not have any self control then Cinnamon Toast Crunch will easily become your breakfast, lunch and dinner. I seriously think they should advertise a 1-800 help line number on the back of the box for addiction.
I have fond memories of eating this delicious snack growing up. My brother chasing me around the house with a spoon in his hand trying to kick my ass for having the last bowl. It was seriously that good.
Some pro tips is to let the cereal sit in the milk for around 4-5 minutes until it becomes ‘almost soggy’. The fact I can even give you that tip is a bit sad but I have no regrets in life.

3. Tostito Bombs
This is a recipe my brother showed me and it is a snack I still enjoy at least once a week. You will need 3 basic ingredients and 5 minutes of your sweet time to begin feasting.
– Cream Cheese (Classic Philadelphia Cream Cheese or generic brand)
– Pepper Jelly (There are tons of flavors: jalapeno, garlic, etc)
– Tostitos Scoops
Depending on how many people there are, or how stoned you are, I recommend 8 scoops per person.
Fill each Tostito scoops up 75% of the way with cream cheese then finish it off with the pepper jelly on top.
If you are like me and want to take it to the next step then you can bake the Tostito scoops with the cream cheese in it and then pull it out and finish it with red pepper jelly.
That’s literally it. 3 basic ingredients but with a powerful kick. The perfect snack to eat while high.
4. Fried Mac and Cheese Bacon Balls
The only reason this snack isn’t #1 is because if you eat it every time you get stoned then you will most likely die of a heart attack.
Hailed as one of the greatest inventions of mankind, the Fried Mac and Cheese Bacon Balls is a heavy-hitting calorie monster that combines salty and savory flavours with soft and crunchy textures.
The first bite is a life-changing experience. I would try to explain it in the greatest detail but it is an experience that should not be spoiled. You need to chow down a mac and cheese bacon ball at least once in your life.
I remember the exact day I had my first ‘mac n cheese bacon ball’. I was at a potluck/house party and someone walked in with a big tray of them. It was the ultimate one-upper and now whenever I am invited to parties where bringing food is an option, I one-up everyone, every time.
5. Avocado Shrimp Tacos
As a young professional it’s important you know at least 10 different dishes you can whip up in less than 15 minutes and shrimp tacos should be one of them.
Fresh ingredients, zesty flavors, and a healthier alternative, shrimp tacos are perfect if you have the munchies but are feeling for something lighter versus something heavier like the McGangbang (I just love saying that).
My go-to recipe is dynamic depending on the inventory in my fridge but usually something like this.
